Provider grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the Product's Free Tier features, subject to the terms stipulated herein. This license encompasses a predetermined allocation of usable storage, data throughput, or other specified resources, as detailed on the Provider's website or within official documentation.
Users are prohibited from:
Using the Free Tier for commercial resale, sublicensing, or service bureau operations is prohibited.
Circumventing established Free Tier limitations or aggregating multiple accounts to expand Free Tier usage is prohibited.
Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Product is prohibited.
Employing the Product for illegal, detrimental, or forbidden activities is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the Product shall remain the exclusive property of the Provider. No ownership rights are conferred upon Users by virtue of this EULA.
User data shall be handled in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy. The Provider bears no responsibility for the maintenance, storage, or backup of User Data within the Free Tier. Upon termination, the Provider reserves the right to permanently delete all User Data without incurring liability.
The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Tier, including its scope or features, at any time without prior notice. The Provider may also impose or revise usage limits and is not obligated to provide support or maintenance for Free Tier services.
The Provider reserves the right to discontinue service, permanently remove customer-provided data or code, and delete customer accounts for any free tier account inactive for more than 60 days.
The product is provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Provider shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill that may arise from the User's utilization of the Product.
The User shall indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claim, demand, or liability arising from the User’s breach of this EULA or misuse of the Product.
The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Free Tier at any time, for any reason. Upon such termination, all rights granted herein shall immediately cease, and the User shall discontinue all use.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to binding arbitration or resolution by the courts in said jurisdiction.
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) represents the complete agreement between the Provider and the User regarding the utilization of the Free Tier. The Provider reserves the right to amend this EULA by updating its official website or by providing direct notification to the User.
By signing up for, accessing, or utilizing the Free Tier, the User hereby assents to this EULA in its entirety.
